I love going to the beach at Dinas Dinlle with my three-year-old. There are rocks to scramble on, sand for digging in and the old hillfort remains to walk up and over. It’s a dream for me as a photographer too, with its gorgeous light and the views over the Llyn Penisula and out over Anglesey.
I photographed this lovely family as part of one of my mini sessions days recently. It was wildly windy but that just added to the feel of the day. It was rugged, it was real, no holding poses or smiles for the camera. Just us taking a bit of walk and an explore on the local beach, capturing life exactly as it is.
